Olaide Kofoworola Okerinde

Olaide Okerinde is serving God in various leadership capacities and assisting her husband in Christian ministry. She is a co-founder of The Barnabas Mission (, a Christian charity motivated by Christian compassion to enable family’s function according to God’s original intent and design through couples and family counselling.

She is a parenting licensed facilitator with a focus on parenting and relationships. She is a Family Counsellor, Career and Relationship Consultant and youth adviser to various organizations. She is passionate about equipping the youth and children (especially children with special needs) with the word of God.

Deaconess Olaide Okerinde (nee Ogundipe) is an ordained minister of the Gospel.

Mrs Olaide Okerinde (MBPsS) holds BSc. (Hons.) Psychology from O.A.U. Ile- Ife, PGD Management, University of Port Harcourt, MSc. Occupational and Organisational Psychology University of East London, UK. She started career in the banking industry where she rose to the post of an Assistant Bank Manager before she left to raise a family. Since she restarted her career, she has worked in various capacities in the United Kingdom as an assessor in Ability and Psychometric Test, a mentor, adviser, facilitator, and a tutor. She currently works as an Independent Consultant in Career development and Organisational effectiveness and Change management. Registered Test User in Ability and Psychometric test

She is a member of many professional associations including The British Psychological Society, National Autistic Society and Psychological Testing (PTC) U.K. She is married with Children and enjoys cooking and travelling.
